Goals.. Goals.. Goals..

These are my goals for the next year – year and a half.  I haven’t made them SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time-related) yet, but I wanted to get them down… somewhere…

  • lose 110 lbs
  • bench press 200lbs
  • leg press 500lbs
  • dead lift 200lbs
  • squat 250lbs
  • running (just finishing… we’ll figure out timed goals later)
    • 2 5ks
    • 2 10ks
    • half marathon
    • Ragnar Relay
  • Sprint Triathlon
  • play soccer (again) and not die
  • do a Tough Mudder
  • do a GORUCK Challlenge
  • do a Spartan Race
